Online Orders Return Policy:
Full Refund (not including shipping) IF we RECEIVE your package within 7 days of when it was delivered to you and meets our conditions. We will accept it for store credit for 14 days from the day it was delivered to you. No leniency on these time frames.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags in the original location. All clothing is subject to a thorough inspection before return is approved. NO refunds or exchanges on sale items and/or Door-busters. JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES (including bags/purses) are FINAL SALE. All sale items and/or Door-busters FINAL sale.
*Sale Shoes will be shipped without boxes unless a box is specifically requested and shipping is paid by customer.
Buyer pays return shipping on all returns. Once an order has been placed, we cannot apply discounts or make changes to that order . Once a package has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. You must inform us of any damages within 2 days of package being delivered to you and any damaged item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and MUST have the TAGS still in ORIGINAL location. JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES (including bags/purses) are FINAL SALE. Please check all items thoroughly when received.
